Living In Pain
Living In Pain, my new spoonie-led advice and product platform is coming! Watch out for launch news this Spring.
Built by a real-world pain sufferer, my new platform, Living In Pain brings helpful advice, expert insight, real-life stories and the latest news and products for people with chronic pain in the UK.
The reality for our community, known as ‘spoonies’, is that often, we are experiencing a diagnostic odyssey lasting years, if not decades. Even when our symptoms are finally given a name, there is rarely a clear-cut solution to feeling better.
Navigating chronic pain can be a lonely, frustrating and difficult experience, but when we hear each other’s stories, we feel supported, and when we hear how others have found relief, we are inspired to explore new avenues, access new services, and try things that could make a positive difference.
Regardless of whether you have a diagnosis or not, you are the expert in your body, Living In Pain is here to help you improve your quality of life and do more of what you love.
Our mission exists because Living In Pain is not just a medical experience. It affects how we work, move, rest, think, plan, and connect with the world on every level.
Yet, much of the information available is either too clinical, unrealistic, overly optimistic or one-dimensional, and disconnected from the reality of our painful daily lives. One size doesn’t usually fit all, which is why we believe information is power.
Harnessing the multitude of tips, methods, techniques, protocols and products the vast UK community of adults with chronic pain are using to live better and feel stronger in their bodies, testing robustly by us, is vital knowledge worth sharing.
Until there is a cure for our painful conditions, Living In Pain’s mission is to help this community move through their days as well as possible – with dignity, clarity, relief and real-world support. Diagnosis or not, all are welcome to the LIPPY community.
LAUNCHING IN 2026!
